keyword=DAQ problem and left scalersWe had a problem when starting run 26375 (LHRS). The run would not start. Also right arm DAQ became stuck after starting the run normally (but I think this is because the replay person made a mistake and downloaded the right configuration on the left DAQ).
We restarted right DAQ okay, but we can't connect to TS11 for left arm. TS11 window is dead (don't get a prompt). We called Ramish and he suggested to reboot the left trigger superviser using the Hall A tool crate reset. This worked and we now get a prompt on TS11. We could restart the DAQ and connect without problem.
Rebooting the left TS seems to also have solved the scaler problem for left arm. We now can count the scalers and see the deadtime. The figure below show the command scread, before and after rebooting TS. We don't have the -1 problem anymore.
