The nitrogen cylinder switchover has not been working correctly. Earlier the right cylinder emptied, but the controller still read it as full. I replaced the comparator board in the controller with one that has more hysteresis. While looking over the manifold I noticed the wires to the pressure sensors were very corroded. Looks like the wire insulation cracked and water got in. I was planning on re-doing those tomorrow. Kent called me and said the low pressure alarm was on in the Counting Room. I found the 12V supply in the controller shorted out. The sensor wires were shorted together, probably from handling during inspection, and the comparator board was installed backwards. I replaced the connectors, checked the comparator board was still working, and put it all back together. Hopefully things are working correctly, now.
