I tried to move the signal to different input looking at the output on the scope and the signal is attenuated and distorted a lot. I have seen that with some PMTs, Piotr told me that one of the base was a bit different ( a capacitor missing on the HV side ) so that might be the reason. So I am trying without the discriminator for now. If it works we could put it in a linear fan or try swapping the base.
