    keyword=septum magnet turn-on test

    In this test we turn on the septum magnet and observe if it
    steers the beam. MCC looks at the dump viewer and ion chambers.

    We needed 10 uA because the spot on the viewer was too faint at
    2 uA. It's pretty clear at 10 uA. (Meanwhile Rupesh and Ahmed
    are checking cavities, bcms, etc).

    Slowly ramped up to 800 A. No problems ! Did not steer beam.
    see figs 1 and 2

    Will now return to norminal septum field.

    Toggle the P0 in Tools GUI --> 1.063 GeV -->
    septum current goes to 719.86 A.
