The cavity monitors 2 and 3 have really small signals, about 8300-9400 adc 
channels @ 8 uA. We are using 18 bit adcs, which saturate at around 260e3 
(220e3 to be safe). So these cavity monitor signals are extremely small. We can 
barely see much response on cavity2.
