Figure 2 is in the y. There is a no noticeable defocusing effect and only a very small shift in the peak location for both x (~2mm towards target) and y (~1mm towards beamline). It appears that no major repositioning of the quartz is needed, although once we decide on the tune, a precise alignment will be done.
