Changes to panFFB.db_IN

The following line was changed 
feedback PITA onc 1 bcm1  ->  feedback PITA on 1 bcm1
but this did not correct feedback.  

The following lines were added
feedback IA off 2 bcm1
feedback PZT off 20 bpm4b
and this started feedback working but the timescale for changes was about 8 
seconds because we are at 240 Hz.  

After the change
feedback PITA on 1 bcm1 -> feedback PITA on 16 bcm1
the timescale for feedback is 2 minuts, as expected.
