0:00 - Kent et. al. looking into raster noise from previous shift.  Took
runs 2461-2466. (See Kent's entry 315202 for information).
0:50 - Switched to thin carbon, 20uA.
1:30 - Began dithering plan. Dithering tests take runs 2467-2475. (See
Kent's entry 315226 for information).
2:30 - Kent called Bob to begin Bob's plan for the night.
3:25 - Bob began his septum/Q1 scan plan on thin carbon.  HVs for s0 and
upper scintillators turned on. Scans septums and Q1 for tune B.
4:35 - Finished tune B. Cycled magnets to the tune A settings.
5:05 - Magnets cycled. Repeat septum and Q1 scans for tune A.
6:00 - Finished scans. Turned off HVs, moved to empty target. Began
taking pseudo-production data at 50uA.  Pseudo-production runs are 2476-2481.
Left with 2481 still running.
