The HAPPEX DAQ sync monitor looks to be working right now.

There is one sync signal missing in each arm:

lsync1 in left arm and rsync2 in right arm.

Nonetheless, we have enough signals to show that everything is working as it 
should.

Please note that I had to introduce an artificial cut on the Counting house 
scaler signal because of sporadic glitches, as noted before by Rupesh. 

The plots below show sync signal correlations and differences.

Figure 1 shows what the signals look like in the CH crate. They should look the 
same way in each Spectrometer arm.

Figure 2 shows correlations between the CH, Injector and Spectrometer sync 
signals.

Everything looks in sync, at least at 30Hz running.
