    Run 27234, MCC units on raster of 12x6. Detector has been roughly aligned
    (for tiny raster) to capture elastic peak.
    
    for X: black = no cuts, red = cut on low Quartz det adc 
    
    for Y: blue: no cuts, Black = dispersive X cut for elastic region, Red =
    dispersive cut + low quart det adc
    
    On a different topic, here is my revised run list from 4/2 owl (corrected
