A large vacuum leak was found in the seal between the target chamber
and the collimator box.  After RADCON approval we may attempt a repair.

Shifts are cancelled until Friday Day shift.  They might get cancelled
somewhat beyond that, but that's to be determined.  People are working
hard to : a) understand the root cause of the damage; b) determine a
robust fix that can be implemented safely and quickly.  If you want
to hear more details, come to the 3 pm meeting tomorrow; we should know
more by then.
