We made an access between ~10:45pm and 12:15am.  The reason was to investigate 
lack of Rarm main quartz signals and to double check visual alignment in x and 
y.

We found Rarm lower quartz signal ribbon cable dangling (not plugged into ADC) 
and upper Quartz ribbon cable line bad.  We fixed both these issues.

We also tweaked the y slider positions in both arms, and we repositioned the 
L-bracket plate--moved it 1.75inches toward target (in x).
