Thin (9mg) Carbon, 3 by 3 raster, ~40nA.  The spectra shown here are projected 
to 0.9m and are rotated to the horizontal plane.
After some struggle, we finally achieved a reasonable alignment, however, we 
could not finish the alignment for the Right arm because we ran the x slider to 
its limit (away from the target).  We need to make an access tomorrow and 
readjust the L-bracket to give us more room in x positioning capability (we 
need ~2 or 3 more cm to positive x).  The y alignment looks pretty good, but we 
will fine tune this tomorrow as well.
