    keyword=L-HRS dipole and possible plan

    At the moment, the L-HRS dipole is not working and Jack Segal is in the
    hall trying to repair it. We can anticipate that at some point he'll
    get tired, and then we may need to take a break until (perhaps) tomorrow.
    Now, he either fixes it or not. If he fixes it, then the run plan is
    obviously production. If he does not fix it, then the default is to do
    1-arm production. However, we can also do the 12-hour Moller
    commissioning plan, which has an advantage of not dumping a lot of
    radiation in the hall and therefore making it easier to fix magnets later.
    Whether and when we do the Moller is a negotiation that's up to the RC.
    The Moller crew may be in contact with the RC via the RC phone. If you
    don't know the RC phone call the counting room and they'll tell you.
