Ch21 = beamline = 124 C
Ch22 = upstream collim = 430 C
Ch23 = downstream collim = 478 C
Ch24 = sieve box = 50 C
However, looking at the chart (fig 1) there are some crazy
values for Ch21 about an hour ago. The consensus is that this
is a flakey readout. Well, 1200C ... would cook everything.
The target vacuum is 1e-6 Torr.
