Summary for June 14 Swing - June 15 Day
General Summary
- Production running overnight
- Tripped valves a couple of times, vacuum recovered
- Did the large charge asymmetry run
- Some magnet issues; fixed during beam off for access
- Not yet back into production at the end of the shift
24 Hour Beam Time Summary (Starting Monday Swing)
- ABU: 18.06
- BANU: 0.29
- BNA: 5.64
Accumulated Charge Summary
- Last 24 hours: 1.66 C
- Total: 42.2 C
Main Events/Issues:
- Watching the vacuum
- running at 40 uA may help
- turning off the cooler seems to increase baseline while affect
on noise is hard to gauge
- changing targets didn't cause any more noise than usual (on a
short time scale)
- need to investigate observation that PbD#1 seems to have lower
temperatures
- Beam went away for beam studies despite the attempt to keep
delivering to Hall A
- RQ1 trips; easily fixed
- R dipole fix takes a little longer
Plans for the next few days: Shift
