I added the section [ R.extra_param ] to $DB_DIR/20100704/db_R.vdc.dat.
One has to adjust the TDC window (min_time, max_time) to match the
location of the VDC signal in the TDC rawtime spectrum. Without this
section, the analyzer will use the legacy hardcoded range 800-2200 for
clustering. For the R-arm, the current good range is approximately
500-1600. With the old cut, long drift distances will be ignored when
finding clusters.

Note that the standard (non-APEX) analyzer will ignore this section, and
clustering/tracking will be affected (reduced efficiency). The APEX
analyzer is in ~adaq/apex/ANALYZER_APEX.
