The right dipole has been experiencing current control issues through Epics. The octagon controller that interfaces between Epics and the Dynapower power supply had locked up and we could not ramp down through Epics. To keep from having to crash the power supply,and being at the momentum needed to run we left well enough alone.
We have since powered down the power supply, removed inspected, cleaned all cable connections that interface with the controller, Removed, inspected CPU and output cards. Could not find any obvious reason as to why the system locked.
The system has been tested and is currently working fine.
