    Followups:

    keyword=roc4 missing a gate AGAIN

    There is a gate missing in slot 23 in roc4. I suppose a cable
    got knocked out -- AGAIN. We need to get better at finding out
    about this and at avoiding it. The cables should be secured in
    such a way that they don't fall out.

    Note, the datascan word is 0x03411ff8
    (in the data dump below) while the normal word is 0x03c11ff8.
    These always come in a certain fixed location after the header
    0xfabc0008. The datascan shows the bits corresponding to what
    Fastbus slots got a gate. Bit 0 is the first and bit N means
    slot N, so the missing bit is slot 23.

    While I'm at it, the ROC3 normal datascan word is 0x03800ff8.

    I guess we need some software that compares to normal and tells
    the poor user what cable they knocked out.
