    keyword=Calorimeter anode current check

    Julie and I went down today and checked the ADC readout of the PMT anode
    currents. We plugged a battery at the DC outputs of the PMT base, and
    could see the voltage level in the GUI. So only two reasons can explain
    the fact that we see no DC level when beam is on:

    - PMT are broken (unlikely)
    - Not enough background is seen by the calorimeter

    I removed the calorimeter CH shielding, and if the target is cooled down
    today, we'll use a higher beam current to see if we see some signals.

    PS: As I'm writing this log, Kalyan reported that the run 6992, supposedly
    with 2uA had actually no beam on. This may also explain things.. ;)
