This entry is a followup to: 333814

I tried to run the end-of-run scripts a few times to reproduce the
problem seen for example in run 7028 where the scalers don't show up.  I
could not reproduce it.  As you can see for run 7035 (several successful
entries).
Perhaps the people on shift are not hitting the "acknowledge" button 
for the pop-up screen.  Otherwise I have no idea.

One issue I noticed is that the DVCS HV logging epicsRunEnd takes a
suprisingly large amount of time, I think about 10 minutes.  There were
about 600 lines added to this script by DVCS and something is slow about
them.  But it might be ok.
