I had a look at the 42-min-long cosmics run (7041) taken earlier today
with the latest firmware of the calorimeter DAQ.

The first plot shows that the FIFOs in the boards still get out of sync
very often. We expect this plot to be a constant as a function of the
event number.

The second plot shows that the data FIFO still gets empty frequently.
