    1. /adaqfs/home/adaq/dvcs/onlana/DB/20100930/db_run.dat is removed.
    2. /adaqfs/home/adaq/dvcs/onlana/DB/db_run.dat is updated with HRS angle change this noon and two momentum change today.

    Now, during replay $DB_DIR/db_run.dat will be used. In this way, it will be easier to check history of configuration change nomatter which timestamped database folder is used.
