After raising the HV for cerenkov pmt 6 by a total of 50 V, that pmt now shows a nice pe peak.
I updated the db to reflect the new pe peak location.
Below are the calibration constants for the cerenkov. Maybe we will need to adjust the HV again to match the pe before using the cerenkov in the trigger.
calibration constants:

HV:
1752, 1800, 2000, 1571, 1926, 1651, 1650, 2000, 1840, 1749
