    keyword=network switchover in progress

    There is some work being done today to switch to new network
    connections between the CH and Cebaf Center. Bryan Hess is
    doing the work. I'm told its a minimal-risk and short job.
    For now, I've turned off the cron script that copies data to
    the tape silo (MSS) because we would like to avoid truncated
    files. I'll turn this back on later today after the network
    is stable. One may expect a few problems and perhaps need
    to reboot some computers. We'll see.
