    Followups:

keyword=Notes on the BCM calibration procedure

So it looks like the procedure was not followed, but I think we should have the data we need anyway. This needs to be confirmed on our end, however.

The shift crew have been requested to make a log entry with the DVM log file name, and the LHRS data file(s) relevent to this time period. These runs should be checked by a student sometime soon to confirm we have what we need.

    More background follows:

The faraday cup <-> 0L02 calibration was done on Tuesday and Wednesday, so those devices already matched when we went into the calibration today. That is why the 'insert FC, measure current' step was omitted in today's procedure. Not ideal, but the necessary data should be there.

My understanding is that we (fortunately) had the DVM logger and a DAQ running during the rest of the BCM linearity measurement. That should allow us to go back and cross calibrate our BCMs vs. 0L02 with reasonable confidence. The runs will have to be sliced up by hand into pieces with different beam currents, but that isn't too hard to do.

Please verify that the DVM logged data look good, and that the HRS run spans the time period of interest (roughly 16:35--17:09, going by the MCC ELOG entry).

MCC Elog entry is this one: http://opweb.acc.jlab.org/CSUEApps/elog/entry/1547036
