This entry is a followup to: 334988

At the moment the helicity scalers look ok to me, in the sense that
they package the data and each sees ~50% the rate of the ungated scaler.
I'm not able to login to the TS11 crate from my office, so I cannot 
observe if the error messages are occuring, but I surmise that they
are not occuring since the data looks good.

Beats me what happened.  May have been a momentary glitch after the
new helicity board was installed and the pattern changed, but then
the algorithm recovered.  If it happens again let me know.
