This entry is a followup to: 334891

Two sets of current scan was done to optimize the HV on luminosity monitors - test A was done with higher HV, and test B was done with lower HV than the current settings. The results are shown below. I summed all eight lumis to produce one plot.

Clearly, going higher in the HV did not help. The BCM normalized lumi rate is pretty linear with test B HV settings. I changed the HV to these values and will run like this.
