I changed the headers of the scaler in the CODA datastream from 0xca to
0xcfd00ca1 for the SIS scalers
0xcfd00ca2 for the vxworks clock
0xcfd00ca3 for the event counter
0xcfd00ca4 for the event type
so that decoders looking for this header is less likely to be confused.
