Singles -OR is reading 8% lower than HRS-Singles
This seems a very large deadime for 4Hz acquisition
Singles-OR is the only input to Master-OR, and they have
the same inhibit (check?) But Master-OR reads less than Singles-OR
T5 = ARS Valid is higher than Master-OR or Singles-OR but less than HRS-singles.
This could be explained if the Trigger validation program is
generating random signals at a low rate. This is supposed to be disabled.
