Block 84, and blocks 192-207 were not giving signal after the previous
access. We requested an escorted access to have a look at them.

Blocks 192-207 had LV disconnected (one cable for these channels). It
seems that during the calorimeter angle change the other day, or during
the cart move today, the cables became loose.

Block 84 had a bad cable (between the trigger and the ARS). Same problem
as block 119 found yesterday.
