I propose the following runplan to test deadtime in buffering mode:

1) Turn OFF calorimeter HV

2) Coda configuration: ROC1417Buff, ps5=1 all others 0

3) Take 10min-long runs at the following beam currents on the 15cm LH2 
target: 1.0 uA, 2.0uA, 3.0uA, 4.5uA

4) Just before stopping EACH run, please log:
  i) scaler rates 
 ii) runcontrol window (CODA)
iii) ROC 14 and ROC 17 telnet windows

5) Turn ON calorimeter HV, and come back to production (CODA: DVCSTrig,
ps5=1, all others 0)

Estimated time: 50min

Please start the runs only when the desired current is been achieved. If
the beam has been very unstable (more than 5 trips in 10min), please
repeat the run.
