    keyword=occassional "bad" helicity

    The helicity-gated scalers don't have the right amount of
    data in some recent runs. E.g. Run 8036, a 51 min run,
    the sum rule misses by 10 min, so 20% of data is bad.

    This seems to be related to the printouts at the TS11 crate (see below).

    This stuff usually works, so I have no idea why it does not now.
    Someone should check the helicity in the datastream too.
    One note, the rate is 943 Hz, which seems like a non-standard
    or unexpected rate.
