    keyword=Sync ADC work

    I flipped the input cable on the VME ADC and put a negative offset, the signal is a bit cleaner now. Each VME ADC is on a separate attenuator/offset channel.
    Sync14 is for ROC14, Sync17 is for ROC17, D.evsynROC4 for ROC4 and D.evsynROC3 for ROC3.
    The two fastbus share another one.
    The fastbus and the VME ADCs correlate now. Though the separation is not completly clear in some cases.
