We expect to get 60Hz fan speed for a set percent freq. = 25%, but we do not (we get 49Hz instead). The 25% setting has been used for the past couple of weeks with 49Hz result. This may be an indication of the fan rotation being effected somehow. To lessen the amount of power required to run the fan, JP Chen suggested to set the fan to 20% so it runs at 48Hz. As a test, I also set the freq. to 19% to see what power we get for 46Hz (see Fan Controls entries below).
For now, I will leave the Loop 2 Fan set to 19% which gives 46Hz since it gives us an measurable decrease in the current draw (4.73A instead of 4.9-5.0A).
