Q3 magnet tripped. The current in the magnet went to zero. 
In the Magnet Controls window we noticed a interlock fault.  
We believe that the interlock was caused by the  fluctuation 
in the He level. The level dropped to the red region for a 
second and interlocked the magnet. We were able to reset 
the controls. First we ramped the current up to 1600A. We stayed 
there for 2min. Then we set it back to its production setting 
of 741.0A. Because of this problem we had to stop run #8811.
