I looked at the HRS timing to see if we could have the T5 coming a bit
later in case the new valid takes longer than the current version.

Looking at S2m signal compared to the gate, it seems there is 140 ns
between gate and analog signal. So we could delay the retiming maybe by
80 ns if needed though I did not check all the other channels, usually
the pion rejector comes a bit early so around 80 to 100 ns might be ok.

I saw the green cable plugged to something with a 50 Ohm load on it, I
will have to check with Charles if that is what he wanted. I think this
is the Gas Cerenkov sum.

Looking at cosmics with T5, it seems the L1A arrives a few nanoseconds
before the retiming signal, I guess it is better with beam and we seem to
be fine with the HRS signal, though the headroom is quite marginal so we
might want to double check that at the next down.
