This entry is a followup to: 345190

Yesterday I had already adjusted the parameters so that the data
files are deleted IMMEDIATELY after found in MSS.  No latency.

Now I've increased the frequency to 5 times per hour (previously 
it was once per 2 hours).  I don't think I can do any better unless
there's something wrong that I did not discover.
