keyword=Loop 1 (LD2) temperature sensor problem, PID off, TO notice

Loop 1 (LD2) temperature sensors jumping to maximum periodically through all 3 sensors. Before the problem can be fixed, we can not do high power heater PID control (which uses at least one temperature sensor). After discussing with the run coordinator (Vince), who discussed with Carlos, it was decided to keep loop1 cold until tomorrow morning adn then re-evaluate the situation. I turned HP heater to manual and put value to be zero. Adjusted the fan to 24 Hz (10%), tuned the J-T down significantly so that the temperature of loop 1 is between 22 K and 23 K.

Instruction to TO: when temperature goes above 23K, open J-T to make it down to ~22.5K. When it goes below 22K, close J-T to make it back to ~22.5K. If temperature suddenly drop significantly (below 21K), manually add HP heater power (30 watts step) until temperature back to ~22.5K. Use the sensors which were not reading maximum value (119.99).
