TDC after pulses:

Following Brad's advice we lookd, using a scope, at the "after pulses" we were getting when runing in high HV.

We saw that adding termination to the ECL translator usualy removes them.

We also increased the discriminator output width to 100ns which also helps.

We belive that the problem is now solved but will be sure only tomorrow.

VNC:
1) Due to recent problems with the password etc we removed the need to use a password.

2) When we are working on the computer we request that who ever tries to use the VNC will wall us first.

It is our responsibility (or even duty) to make sure that when we're not working on the computer we change it back so it does not require autherisation.
