I configured the BigBite EDTM module using an old script from the 
Transversity/d2n era "setbbite".  Unfortuantely, I am not entirely sure 
about all the programming in this file.   However, I was able to set the 
delay between the front and back outputs and the prescale factor.

With a delay setting of 44 (96.8 ns), the back output signal is about 
200 ns before the front output signal.  

With a prescale factor of 10000, the EDTM rate is about 11-12 Hz.  The 
output from the back is only being sent to the left arm.  Tomorrow, I will
make an additional copy and sent it to the right arm.  The left and right 
HRS EDTM units have been checked and jumpered to be slaves.
