    R-HRS DAQ: It seems the ADCs in roc1 slot 25 and roc2 slot 22
    have saturated data. I didn't investigate further, but my *guess*
    is that someone knocked out a gate cable and got the polarity
    reversed when restoring it (perhaps thinking it didn't matter).

    L-HRS DAQ: This is working now, but it took a few hours of effort.
    The FPP folks had added new modules and things got moved around.
    I fixed a whole slew of problems -- the front-panel bar down,
    missing gates, wrong polarity of gates, wrong ped*.dat file.

    There is only one ADC in ROC4 now, and 3 ADCs in ROC3.
    The ADCs have back-panel gates. So do the 1877s, but the
    1875 has a front-panel gate. We can do what you want, I'm
    just saying what exists now.

    I think we're ready to try to unify the DAQs now. Which was what
    I thought we were going to do at 10 AM ...
