As was discovered back in 2009, the S1 EDTM signal shows a double pulse.
I spent some time trying to isolate the source of the double pulse.  I was
able to eliminate the LeCroy logic unit that forms the "AND" of left and
right.  The second pulse comes about 1.8 microseconds after the main pulse
in the S1 "OR".  After all the timing setup is completed, we might want to
disable the RHRS EDTM system as was done during Ay and (e,e'd).
