    keyword=missing gates galore

    R-HRS is missing all gates on ROC1 and ROC2. They were there
    this morning, so I assume someone is "fixing" things.

    L-HRS is missing a gate on ROC4.

    At download, the crate reports
    Crate Scan mask = 3bf87f8

    But in the datastream it sees 0x02af87f8

    which means missing slot 20 and 24, and yes slot 0 is the first.

    Slot 24 is the 1875, probably the cable ...

    Slot 20 is strange, since the TDCs get back-panel gates and
    the fastbus test code says slot 20 is ok. Mystery of the moment.
    I guess you'll notice it when FPP doesn't work.
