I would like someone to test if the DAQ still works with the F1 TDCs enabled. There is currently a TDC gate connected to the F1 TDCs and some signals plugged in, but the reading of F1s is disabled in the readout list.

To test out the F1 TDCs, do the following:

cd ~/bbite/crl
ln -sf bb_roc5.crl.v0.1 bb_roc5.crl
makelist bb_roc5.crl ppc

Then reset and redownload coda. Take a run. If CODA works OK, and an analysis of Bigbite data (ADCs and TDCs for the scintillators) still works, then leave things with the F1s enabled. I will look at the data later to see if the F1s are being read OK.

If there is any suspicion that DAQ is broken as a result of trying to read the F1s, let me know for which runs the F1s were enabled and back out by doing:

cd ~/bbite/crl
ln -sf bb_roc5.crl.v0.0 bb_roc5.crl
makelist bb_roc5.crl ppc

then reset and redownload coda.
