The prescale factor file is located on the a-onl account on adaql2 at
/adaqfs/home/a-onl/prescale/prescale.dat

Here is the header for the file.  Please adhere to the advice in this file:

btw, the reason the CODA rates were low was due to the fact that ROC8 was
not receiving any gates or stops.
