keyword=Fast Clock in FB ROC 8,9 and 10

For synchronization purposes, I connected copies of the fast clock
103.5 kHz to the scalers in the BigBite FB crates. ROC 8 and 9 have
LeCroy 1151 modules, whereas ROC 10 has an SIS3800. For all crates, the
fast clock is connected to the first scaler channel (1). The LeCroy
modules require a gate to count, so I took a NIM-bar output to create the
    gate for them.

In the crl code, we just need to make sure that the scaler code is enabled
and reading out the correct channel. At the start of run, the scalers
    are cleared.

I would like to add a scaler to ROC 5 to add a copy there as well.

I had a problem with the fast clock double-pulsing, which appears to be
related to a bad level translator output.
