This morning I noticed that the dE and E-plane thresholds appeared to be
set to -8 mV giving a rate of 80 Hz and 1500 Hz for the dE and E plane 
triggers.  I guess this has been this way since the last time the camac
crate was port scanned over the weekend.  The wire chamber thresholds were
still set correctly.

I changed the thresholds to -50 mV for both E and dE.  The E-plane rate
doubled to about 160 Hz and the dE rate went up to 6 kHz.  I tried to set
the dE rate to -100 mV, but it instead claimed to have set it to -36 mV.
However the rate for dE dropped down to 1.8 kHz instead.

I am confused on what the threshold software is doing.  Perhaps there is a 
bug in the code.  It also sometimes takes several minutes for the code to
complete getting or setting the thresholds.
