    keyword=suspicious ROC5 error

    I'm not the expert on ROC5, but FWIW, I got this error when
    I tried to start a run and the DAQ would not run.

    Assertion failed: fd < MAX_OPEN_FILES, file dpnetwork.c, line 1676

    I rebooted the ROC5, reset CODA, and the DAQ ran again.
