I double checked and the BigBite sieve is wide open.  That would explain
the wire chamber trip last night when MCC was tuning beam.  It would be
best to close it unless there is a good reason to leave it open.

Also both BigBite and HAND HVs should probably be off when MCC is first 
tuning beam.  It is best when to turn them on when beam is stable.
